Instructions

  1. Mix in a foam mixture of butter, sugar and the egg yolks, mix in the vanilla sugar and chocolate, do the same with the water, lemon juice and nuts.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the batter. Beat the four egg whites into snow and carefully fold them into the dough (preferably about a third first and then the rest). Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. After cooling, cover with chocolate icing - delicious!
