Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the flour to the eggs alternately with the mineral water. The result is a creamy dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour to rise.
  2. In the meantime, peel the bananas. Halve the baby bananas lengthways and cut the banana into slices.
  3. Take the batter out of the refrigerator and carefully fold in the bananas.
  4. Heat the oil with the butter in a pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Put the dough with the bananas in the pan with the lid all at once. Bake the pancake until the underside is golden brown in color. Turn the cake over and bake on the other side until golden brown.
