Instructions

1. Grate the pumpkin / carrots very finely. Process everything into a smooth dough and distribute on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
2. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at around 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
3. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and liquid and coat the cake with it.
