Cook the tortellini as usual, drain and let cool. Boil the eggs hard and also let them cool down a little.
In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and ground garlic. Add the tortellini and corn (drain the juice beforehand). Peel and chop the eggs and add to the bowl. Fry the bacon cubes in a little oil and add to the salad. Mix everything well and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours before consuming.
Herbal baguettes, sausages, meatballs or grilled dishes go very well with this.
