Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Until the pasta water boils, peel the garlic and onion and chop or dice, peel and dice the tomatoes, cut the bell pepper into strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the pepper strips and fry them as well. Then add the tomato cubes and let the juice reduce a little. Pour on the tomatoes and let simmer briefly. Season to taste with brown sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Scatter oregano on top.
  4. At the same time fry the falafel until crispy, add to the tomato sauce and let it steep briefly.
