Instructions

  1. Grate cauliflower to rice grain size, lightly salt and drain in a sieve over a bowl for at least 30 minutes. Then put the cauliflower in a damp kitchen towel and squeeze out any remaining moisture.
  2. Put in a bowl. Cut the remaining vegetables and sausage into small cubes or rings and add to the cauliflower rasps. Scrape out the cucumber seeds with a teaspoon beforehand.
  3. Prepare a sauce from the pressed garlic clove, yoghurt, mayonnaise, chives and spices and mix with the vegetables.
