- Let’s prepare the products.
- Pour milk into a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. We put the pan on fire. Bring the milk to a boil and add the oatmeal.
- We mix. Reduce heat and cook porridge for 2-3 minutes.
- Then remove the pan from the heat. Cover it with a lid and leave for another 3-5 minutes.
- Cut the apple into small cubes.
- We put a deep frying pan on the fire. We spread 1 tbsp into it. l. sugar and butter.
- Put the sliced apple into the butter-sugar mixture. Mix well and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Mix well. We remove the pan from the heat.
- We spread the milk porridge on the plates. Put caramelized apples on top of the porridge. Decorate with berries. Bon Appetit!
