• 50 g vanilla puddin powder without boilin
• 1 egg white
• 15 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 710 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
• Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

1. Process all ingredients, with the exception of the ice cubes, in a stand mixer or blender for no less than 1 minute until everything is smooth.
2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and top up with the orange drink.
