Instructions

  1. As a measure, I use a normal-sized beaker with a capacity of around 250-300 ml.
  2. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, orange lemonade and oil into a soft, flowing batter. If desired, chocolate sprinkles or blueberries (fold them in carefully, fresh ones burst very quickly) can be mixed into the dough.
  3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (this makes it easier to remove later) or on 2 muffin trays including paper cases (12 muffins each). Only fill the muffin tins halfway up, approx. 1 - 1.5 tablespoons of batter per muffin is sufficient. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 - 200 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Depending on what you want to tan, more, but be careful, otherwise it can quickly become too dark. Possibly do a chopstick test. If the raw dough no longer sticks to the kebab skewer, the cake is good.
  4. Let the cake cool down or take the muffins out of the mold and let them cool down. Decorate if desired. To do this, prepare a glaze from powdered sugar and orange juice and brush the cake with it. Then sprinkle with mini marties, colorful sprinkles or gummy bears. Or just put small cherry lollipops (after baking, of course) in blueberry muffins - done - great for a birthday party in kindergarten.
