Instructions

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients for the dough, spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  2. Let it cool and spread the plum jam. Mix the sour cream with the vanilla sugar. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the sour cream. Spread the plum jam and sprinkle with hazelnut brittle.
