Ingredients

• 300 g crème fraîche
• 3 cups yogurt (cream yogurt)
• 150 g powdered suar
• 200 g raspberries

Instructions

1. Gently stir all ingredients except raspberries with a spoon. Pour into a cheesecloth (cloth diaper) and place this in a colander.
2. Let drip out over a bowl in the refrigerator for approx. 16 hours. Put on a plate and garnish with the raspberries.
