Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add the cheese and cream and stir well with a wooden spoon. Stir until you have a creamy sauce.
  2. Then stir in the herbs and grated garlic and season with salt if necessary. Let everything soak for another 10 minutes on the lowest heat and stir more often once.
  3. In the meantime, cook the farfalle in salted water according to the instructions, pour into a sieve and mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Place the noodles in portions on plates and pour the sauce over them. Another variant is to add the farfalle directly to the sauce, mix carefully and then serve.
