Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots well with a brush and grate finely with the skin. Peel, quarter and core the pears, cut into slices and slowly reduce with the other ingredients for about 60 minutes. Then roughly puree with the hand mixer. Let it boil well again and make a gelation test. When the jam is ready, pour it into hot glasses immediately and screw on the cooked lids.
