Mix the flour with salt and bread spices. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix everything well with the dough hook and knead. Let the dough rise for about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
After rising, shape the dough into two loaves and bake at 220 ° C for 40 - 60 minutes (tapping test!). If you want a nice bread color, you can brush the bread with coffee before baking (this does not change the taste).
The bread is also great to freeze. Of course, you can also add grains to taste.
