Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them raw into cubes that are not quite 1 cm in size. Do not heat too little margarine in a coated pan. Season the potatoes in the pan with pepper and paprika powder and fry until they are almost cooked. Now dice the onion and add it with the bacon, then fry everything on a high level, turning more often until the potatoes are crispy and cooked through. Season to taste and salt if necessary.
  2. Now whisk the eggs without spices and put half of them in a small 25 cm pan with a little heated fat, fry briefly until it results in a small pancake that no longer sticks to the bottom. Now place half of the fried potatoes on top and continue frying until the egg has set.
  3. Use the rest of the fried potatoes and egg to make the second portion in the same way.
