Instructions

  1. Peel the jacket potatoes, cut into slices, fry and season a little with salt, pepper and marjoram. The jacket potatoes should be from the day before.
  2. Then cut the onion into rough squares, add to the potatoes and add the garlic and bacon one after the other and fry them. Push the fried mass to one side and pour the beaten eggs, which are lightly seasoned, over it. Let the egg mixture run throughout the pan. Place the washed and finely chopped wild herbs on the other side of the egg mixture, nicely distributed. Let the egg mixture harden slightly and then beat the herb side over the potato side and continue to fry lightly.
  3. Then try to get the farmer`s breakfast completely out of the pan onto the plate and garnish.
