Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Peel and dice the boiled potatoes. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the Nuremberg all over. Then remove from the pan and cut into slices and fry again in the pan.
  3. In the meantime, bring the water for the broccoli to a boil in a saucepan and cook it just barely.
  4. Add the potato cubes to the pan with the sausages and season with the spices. Add the onion and peppers and cook in the pan for about 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli, cut into small pieces if necessary and cook in the pan for another 3 minutes.
  5. Grease a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Mix the eggs with the milk and season with salt, pepper and a little paprika and pour over the mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
