Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin for 30 minutes. Then quench with cold water and peel. Let cool, then cut into slices.
Dice the bacon, fry in a pan, add the potato slices, salt and roast until light brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk and a little salt. Add the ham cubes. Put the tomatoes in the egg milk and pour over the potatoes. When the egg mixture is set, the farmer`s feast is done.
