Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin for 30 minutes. Then quench with cold water and peel. Let cool, then cut into slices.
  2. Dice the bacon, fry in a pan, add the potato slices, salt and roast until light brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk and a little salt. Add the ham cubes. Put the tomatoes in the egg milk and pour over the potatoes. When the egg mixture is set, the farmer`s feast is done.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley on top.
