Dice the onions, tomatoes and peppers. Fry the onion cubes when they have turned a little brown, add the tomato and pepper cubes. Simmer at medium temperature for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and fry in the pan until golden brown.
In the meantime, fry the shredded meat in a second pan. Add the onion, tomato and pepper cubes, stir in the tomato sauce and crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Finally add the fried potatoes, stir well and refine with a little chives.
