Heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the tomato paste and mix well with the onions and let simmer a little. Add the minced meat and fry in it until crumbly.
In the meantime, peel, wash and dice the potatoes, also wash, clean and dice the peppers.
Add the potatoes to the minced meat, fill up with hot water until everything is covered with water. Let the potatoes boil halfway, then add the diced paprika and let everything simmer. The peppers should still be firm to the bite. Add the spices and tomato pieces and cook everything.
If you like, dilute the farmer`s pot with a little water if it is too thick. If it is too thin, thicken it a little. Don`t forget to add seasoning.
