Remove the rind from the pork belly, then roughly cut all the ingredients into cubes.
Put the oil in a large saucepan and fry the bacon in it. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Then add the soup greens and after about 5 minutes the potatoes. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in the vegetable stock and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.
10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the peppers, the sliced sausage and the parsley.
