Peel the sausage and cut into thick slices. Halve the sausage slices. Cut the cheese into strips and the cucumber into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pluck the cress. Mix everything and arrange on 4 serving plates.
Mix the vinegar, broth, cucumber stock, mustard and salad cream together. Season with salt and pepper, add the oil, stir again thoroughly. Drizzle the marinade over the salad.
We also like hearty farmer`s bread.
The marinade can also be prepared without the salad cream, then the salad will be a little leaner.
