Instructions

  1. First cut the potatoes and zucchini into pieces. Then cut the onions into slices.
  2. Then melt the 40 g butter in a large saucepan, then put all the vegetables in the saucepan and cook a little, then dust the 20 g flour over it.
  3. We add 4 teaspoons of vegetable stock to the 1 liter of water and stir it, then we add the stock to the cooked vegetables and 3 teaspoons of mustard are added and everything is mixed together. This must then simmer in a saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes. During this time you can chop the parsley and chives and cut the sausages into small slices.
  4. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, chop up a little with the hand blender and then add the parsley, chives and sausages and let simmer until the end. Finally, the cream comes in, then stir everything again and the stew is ready.
