Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the tomatoes into slices. Mix the minced meat with the tomato paste and spring onions and season well with marjoram, salt and pepper. Spread the finished mixture in a flat baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes on the middle rack in the hot oven.
Take the pizza out of the oven, cover with the tomato slices and spread the mozzarella on top. Put in the oven again for approx. 15 minutes - depending on the desired tan.
For those who also eat carbohydrates, baguette goes perfectly with dipping the sauce.
