Bring the broth to a boil. Stir in the bulgur and simmer for about 10 minutes until the broth is absorbed.
In the meantime, dice the vegetables and fry them in a pan with a little oil or butter.
Then put the bulgur in the pan and add the tomatoes until the desired consistency is achieved, let it get nice and hot and season to taste. Finally, add the cheese and wait for it to pull strings.
