Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with salt in a mixing bowl. Crumble the yeast into a cup, sprinkle sugar over it and stir until smooth with some of the warm water. Add the yeast water, the rest of the water and the oil to the flour and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Grease a springform pan or line it with baking paper. I used a round silicone mold that I briefly rinsed out with cold water. Shape the dough into 12 rolls of approx. 70 g each and place them in the mold with a little space between them. Brush the rolls with oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds or other seeds to taste.
  3. Put the mold on the grid in the COLD oven and switch to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Bake for 25 minutes. Spray the rolls with a little water and bake for another 5 minutes. Finished.
