Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan while stirring.
  2. Switch on the cake pop maker and heat it up.
  3. Add the sugar and egg to the chocolate mass. Stir the mixture for about 2 minutes. Strain the baking powder through a sieve and mix with the flour. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Use two teaspoons to fill half the cake pop balls with the batter and bake for 4 minutes. Caution: You have to work quickly here because the dough rises very quickly and runs out of the hemispheres. In a pinch, don`t fill up all the cake pop kettles and quickly put the lid on them.
  5. After 4 minutes, carefully remove the spherical cake pops from the machine and let them cool down briefly. If you want, you can crumble the ring of the oozed dough.
  6. The recipe is enough for about 2 - 3 charges.
  7. You can serve cream or fruit with it. Or alternately stick fruit and cake pops on skewers. You can garnish it with sugar candy or just put it in a bag and give it to the children at school for their birthday, then make at least double the amount of dough
  8. Tips:
  9. You can also use a piping nozzle to fill up the cake pop holes.
  10. The recipe is also ideal for using leftovers from chocolate Santa Clauses or chocolate bunnies. Since these are seldom made from dark chocolate, the amount changes: if you have 70 g chocolate leftovers, take 30 g sugar instead of dark chocolate, otherwise the recipe will not be too chocolatey or too sweet.
