Instructions

  1. First coat the aubergines on both sides with the pulp and then roll them in the cheese. (Help a little, it doesn`t always turn out the way you want it to.) Put in a bowl, fan upright, season and then pour olive oil over it.
  2. Crumble the sheep`s cheese over - done.
  3. Off into the wave, full power, about 10-15 minutes ready!
  4. (Can also be served with rice.)
