Roughly chop the feta cheese and place in a measuring cup. Add the cream cheese, olive oil and the spices. Puree everything with a hand blender. Add a little milk to make it nice and creamy. Min. Let it steep for 15 minutes, then add some seasoning if necessary.
Tastes very good for grilling, as a dip or straight on bread (e.g. flatbread)
