Instructions
- Peel and mash the banana with a fork, then transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the oat flakes, wheat bran, cinnamon and water and stir well.
- Now place the mass in the microwave for about 50 seconds at 600 watts. Stir again and the porridge is ready!
- If desired, more spices, nuts, raisins or more fruit can be added before heating.
