Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the banana with a fork, then transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the oat flakes, wheat bran, cinnamon and water and stir well.
  2. Now place the mass in the microwave for about 50 seconds at 600 watts. Stir again and the porridge is ready!
  3. If desired, more spices, nuts, raisins or more fruit can be added before heating.
