Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices if necessary. If necessary, strip the turkey breast and cut into strips. Remove the tomato from its skin and inside and cut into small cubes. Let the broccoli thaw slightly and cut into bite-sized florets. Pre-cook the gnocchi in lightly salted water.
  2. Peel the shallot, dice it finely and let it glaze in heated olive oil. Add the meat, broccoli and mushrooms. Fry well on all sides.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (if you like, you can also add a little garlic). Add a good dash of milk and carefully reduce everything. Then add the drained gnocchi and fold in.
  4. At the very end, spread the Emmentaler cheese over the top together with the diced tomato and let it melt.
  5. A crunchy green salad tastes good with it.
  6. Tip: You can also use chicken breast fillet instead of turkey.
