Mix the yeast with salt until the yeast is liquid, stir in the honey and pour in the water.
Mix the flour with the grains and pour in the liquid. First mix with a spoon and then knead well by hand to form a smooth dough.
Let it rest for 15 minutes, shape it into the desired shape, put it in the cold oven and turn it up to 200 °. Bake until the desired brownness (at least 20 min. Convection)
