Fry the mince in a pan with a tablespoon of oil. In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the half zucchini into cubes.
Put the onion rings together with the zucchini cubes in the pan with the mince, season with the teriyaki sauce and let fry.
Drain the beans from the glass, drain and add to the pan. Let warm while turning carefully. Then add the feta cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and thyme.
