Peel the carrots. Peel strips with the peeler as much as the carrot gives. Season the prawns with chilli and salt. The carrot strips are placed in boiling salted water for about one and a half minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan or saucepan until it sizzles a little. Add the prawns and immediately afterwards the carrot strips. Let it sizzle a little and add the cream. Stir in parsley, dill and basil. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Tip:
If you puree the whole thing without prawns, you have the basis for a good soup.
