Instructions

  1. Sieve the baking cocoa into a small bowl and add enough cream (or milk if you want to save calories) until a thick cream is formed that still trickles from the spoon.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir the Qimiq until creamy and mix with the thick cocoa until no more lumps can be seen. Add sweetener to taste. Two spritzes are enough for me, then it`s still strong chocolate and not too sweet.
  3. You can either eat the pudding straight away, then it has the consistency of cream pudding, or put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then it solidifies a little.
  4. You can vary the taste with fresh fruit, sugar-free coffee syrup in various flavors, or - if you are not on a low-carb diet - with normal syrups.
  5. It gets more fluffy if you add whipped cream.
