Cut the smoked pork, zucchini and mozzarella into equal cubes.
Heat a coated pan and fry the smoked pork in it for about 3 - 5 minutes. Then add the zucchini cubes and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with the vegetable stock. Finally add the mozzarella cubes, turn off the stove and stir in the mozzarella for a short time.
