Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into thin rings and the zucchini with the skin into quartered slices. Halve the tomatoes (room temperature).
  2. Pour the oil into the pan and fry the zucchini and leek. Add the prawns and let them cook for a short time. Add the seasoning and sour cream. Stir in the eggs. Cut the coriander leaves into small pieces and mix in as well. Only pour the tomatoes cold over the food before serving.
