Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. In the meantime, dice the tomato. Halve the avocado and remove the stone.
  2. Add the butter to the minced meat and season to taste. Peel small pieces out of the avocado halves with a coffee spoon and add to the minced meat in the pan. Season again to taste and add the diced tomato. Stir and serve immediately.
