Instructions

  1. Cut the meat or tofu into strips, the mushrooms, zucchini and bell pepper into thin slices or strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry everything together until the meat is done. That takes about 8-10 minutes for me. Then the vegetables should still have a bit of bite. If you want, you can also add an onion while frying, but it doesn`t have to be. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream cheese and port wine, if you want it to be alcohol-free then add vegetable stock. Add two dashes of balsamic cream and season to taste. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add them. Roughly cut the basil leaves into strips and sprinkle over the food.
