Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the zucchini (with skin) or cut into quartered slices. Grate the carrot too. Cut the wieners into slices.
  2. Put some butter in a pan and fry the zucchini, carrots, sausages and optionally corn in it for 1 to 2 minutes. Only then season, beat the eggs in the pan and mix well.
