Instructions

  1. Peel and slice jacket potatoes. Dice Lyoner. Beat the eggs with a little salt, pepper and chives and stir in a sip of milk.
  2. Heat the oil, add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the Lyoner. Fry until both are lightly browned. Then pour the eggs over the top and stir until the egg is firm.
  3. You can e.g., Baguette is enough.
