Drain the mushrooms and corn. Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces.
Now put all the ingredients in the Ultra up to the pepper and mix. Place in the microwave for 15 minutes at 600 watts with the lid closed.
Then take it out (be careful, the steam is hot), add the cheese and the herbs that have been washed and cut into small pieces and stir again. It must not be dry and firm, then add a little more water until the mixture is creamy. Another 10 minutes at 600 watts with the lid in the microwave and then cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir again before serving and garnish with herbs or cheese on the plate if necessary.
If you want to make a complete meal out of it, you can also add small chopped sausages, fried meatballs or smoked salmon in the last 10 minutes.
