Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Melt the margarine in a pan and add equal parts of the flour. Mix the whole thing with a little milk until a creamy mixture is formed. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the roux. Season with instant stock, parmesan, pepper and salt and pour over the pasta. Stir everything once with a spoon and then let taste.
  3. In the original, small meatballs and thickened hot cherries are served with it.
  4. Tip: You can also make a little more of it and bake it with a little cheese the next day or freeze it first and bake it later.
