Instructions

  1. Cut the meat sausage into narrow strips. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat sausage in it. Then sweat the diced onion and the finely chopped garlic. Add the butter vegetables and let thaw. Stir in the sour cream and buttermilk.
  3. Let it cook well, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs and serve. Mashed potatoes or potato wedges tastes good with it.
