• 500 ml tomato (s), passed
• tomato paste (2-fold or 3-fold concentrated)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon garlic (garlic paste)
• Chili powder

Instructions

1. Mix the tomatoes with enough tomato paste until the desired consistency is achieved (the pizzaiola should be creamy to avoid softening the pizza dough). Season to taste with salt, sugar and chili powder or cayenne pepper. Apply to the pizza dough as usual.
2. Note: The rest of the pizza topping is then as you like.
