Instructions

  1. Put the frozen fruit in a punch bowl and pour the wine over it. White wine is always good, strawberries, for example, also go well with rosé, as it gives it a nice color. The wine does not have to be chilled because the fruit is frozen.
  2. This mixture can then be left to stand until the fruits are almost completely thawed. However, this does not necessarily have to be the case. Add the sparkling wine just before serving so that a little carbonic acid remains. The sparkling wine can also be at room temperature. If you want, you can add mineral water to this punch so that the alcohol content is not too high.
  3. This punch is particularly suitable when things have to be done quickly, as it is not necessary to keep the drinks cold. In addition, you can always quickly replicate punch if you don`t know how many guests you have and how happy they are to drink.
