Instructions

  1. Sauté the bacon and onion, add the tomato paste and fry everything together a little. Cut the beef goulash very finely, add it and continue to fry everything over high heat.
  2. When the beef is seared all over, pour in some vegetable stock and some cucumber water (sounds strange, but gives a fine taste). Reduce the heat and let everything stew for approx. 40 minutes.
  3. Add the cucumber cubes and fill up with more stock and cucumber water as required. Bring to the boil briefly and season with mustard, salt and pepper.
