Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the chopped onions and sausage in it. Pour meat stock over them. Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Add frozen vegetables as well.
  2. If there is a little more time, you can also use fresh vegetables, which then changes the cooking time. Stir in the tomato paste. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika and cook gently for about 20 minutes.
