Instructions
Finely crumble the sheep`s cheese. Finely chop the raisins, garlic and parsley. Put everything together with the honey in a bowl and roll 12 balls out of it with your hands. Scatter the black cumin on a plate and roll the balls in it.
Serve the balls on a lawn of cress or chives.
Fresh bread and / or salad goes well with it.
