Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry in hot oil until translucent. Add the minced meat, fry and season with the spices and mustard. Add the water, bring to the boil and dissolve the clear meat stock in it. Add raw pasta, stir and cook in a closed pot with the lowest possible heat for about 15-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
